Meet our key people
Ondřej Horák has been working in the field of investments and the management of qualified investor funds since 2007. He has twenty years’ experience of management and business. As CEO, he is in charge of the company’s comprehensive management. In the past, he managed commercial activities, product preparation and client care at AMISTA IS.
Petr Janoušek’s role at AMISTA is to focus on the company’s comprehensive financial management and fund administration management. He previously held senior positions at companies specialising in investment activities and the development of information systems.
Pavel Bareš has been practising law since 2001. He has long specialised in comprehensive legal security for investments and acquisitions. This work has included handling real estate agendas and investment projects.
Michal Kusák has worked in the field of capital investments and corporate finance for over 20 years. Before joining AMISTA IS, he worked primarily as a consultant for mergers and acquisitions, structured finance and corporate strategy. At AMISTA IS, he leads the team responsible for portfolio and transaction management.

AMISTA and J&T BANKA establish strategic partnership
AMISTA IS establishes a fund in the form of a private limited company for the first time..
For the first time, AMISTA IS finds itself providing services to over 60 funds with assets worth more than CZK 50 billion.
AMISTA IS provides its services to more than 50 funds for the first time.
AMISTA celebrates its tenth anniversary.
AMISTA provides services to funds with a total asset value of over CZK 40 billion.
Over CZK 21 billion is managed in AMISTA IS’s funds.
New provisions introduced into private law + the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act takes full effect (the possibility of establishing a SICAV, trust funds, etc.).
There are 131 qualified investor funds in the Czech Republic, 42 of them at AMISTA IS.
Completely new regulation of alternative funds in the Czech Republic in keeping with the EU’s uniform AIFMD.
