We help qualified investor funds to flourish

About us

It is becoming increasingly difficult to preserve the value of money. Let alone build up assets without risking too much. That’s why we’re here. We help qualified investors to create and maintain investment structures suitable for the long-term appreciation of their assets. We match experienced investment managers with investors who want to invest their money wisely.

  • we created the first QIF in the Czech Republic
  • since our inception, we have set up over a hundred QIFs
  • we have a team of people you can depend on
  • we are creative and quick problem-solvers
  • we currently manage CZK 59 billion’s worth of assets in 54 funds

Amista was founded and continues to be overseen by Vít Vařeka. An acclaimed QIF expert.

He founded our company in 2006. In doing so, he drew on his many years’ experience of collective investment, portfolio management and securities trading. Under his guidance, within the space of eight years we grew into the most influential Czech investment company specialising in the management of funds for experienced investors.

We don’t believe “in one size fits all”.

We always create qualified investor funds tailored to a specific project. This is the only way to have a fund that will translate your individual ideas into reality.
