PORTIVA FONDY, WATT & YIELD sub-fund
The WATT& YIELD sub-fund’s strategy is to invest in shares in SPVs in the field of renewable energy sources and real estate in the Czech Republic. The aim is to build a diversified portfolio of solar, wind and hydropower plants and „green“ real estate (commercial, office, industrial) meeting the requirements of sustainable, socially responsible investments.
