Through this fund, investors share in interest and other income from loans and borrowings provided to entrepreneurs and SMEs. Loans are typically secured with real estate collateral, usually at twice the value of the loan granted (an LTV of up to 50% to 60%). The fund offers stability in the face of market fluctuations, as the returns come from secured business loans. The fund is one of the more conservative investments in its category and is not affected by an equity or bond component.
